Steps I can take to improve my diet are first and foremost to wean myself off of some of the meat products I enjoy. Instead of having meat conservatively I tend to try to eat it with every meal. If I were to cut down on my consumption of meat and to stop using so many high fat condiments I could save myself from eating so many fat and calories.
