Acquisition of 100% of a firm's common stock Verizon Communications Inc. and Alltel Inc. Verizon acquired 100% of Alltel as of January of 2009. Most all of the numbers for Alltel come from Verizon's Form 10-K summarizing the acquisition. (I've made a few simplifying adjustments to make things smoother.) Here are the relevant numbers as of the date of acquisition that we'll use to make a consolidated balance sheet. (All numbers are in $ millions.) As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
