BUSN150-1003A-30 Discussion Board Topic Unit 4 Int'l Issues and Discrimination Kregg M. Soltow 6/28/2010 My personal opinion on this discussion board topic may not be the most revered one, nor the most respected, But I believe it to be based solely on my moral standards. Yes, many organizations have established certain policies that were created to remedy many forms of discrimination such as women and minorities. I believe that if it were not for these policies then we as a society would possibly be in a much worse scenario then we find ourselves in now. But with action, no matter how noble it creation is merited, there is in fact a reaction, a reaction that does not always surface itself until much further down the line in the future. When I think of these policies, I think first of all of the good that they created, like the right to vote by women, the equal opportunity of women and minorities to be hired into the workplace. Without these, so many men and women would never have been able to continue and or even exist. But the effect these policies have on todays time
