A good way to reassigning the tasks in this scenario may be for the manager to build upon universal group goals and likewise targets uniting the whole team instead of dividing them by administering individual targets. This can benefit the individual associates by focusing them directly on the overall grouping of targeted tasks and can positively connect them in a greater way with the overall project. Furthermore, as long as everyone is given an equal opportunity or chance at accomplishing their goals, then it will ideally encourage an environment of cooperation, in which everyone will assist one another in reaching all targets and goals put forth by the original plan.
