Dispute that global warming is fictional Step 2. I. Background of global warming The background of global warming is rather simple, due to the recorded facts of glacial melting the worlds sea levels have increased by more then six inches in the past one hundred years. Most literature regarding this issue frequently points out how we the people, and protectors of this world, are devoting far too much effort and resources on the simple tasks of convincing ourselves, and others, that this is in fact a factual issue and such endeavors would be better utilized by remedying the issue instead. When we find ourselves in society procuring funds and wasting time simply to broadcast “global warming is real” (Kerr, 1989) we must also ask, when do we as the human race stop reading and writing on an issue and start actually doing? A. Motivation for the discussion
