With more than 70 billion dollars in assets, we have been ranked first in our industry and in the top 50 overall. Would you recommend highly centralized, loosely centralized, non- centralized information? Explain in detail. I am in favor of a highly centralized information system. The reason being is because of increased effectiveness and focal point. Loosely centralized or non-centralized systems in a large organization can without difficulty result in redundancies and inefficiencies as contending divisions within the organization challenge to go their own directions.
