(Minimum 300 words, due Wednesday) • Choice One: In developing a report on the effectiveness of a staffing process for entry-level jobs, what factors would you address and why? • Choice two: What are the advantages of having a centralized staffing function, as opposed to letting each manager be totally responsible for all staffing activities in his or her unit? Having an effective staffing process is what ensures employees will be placed into appropriate positions and weeds the bad employees out of the organization. When it comes to staffing entry-level jobs of course the type of individuals who should be targeted are ones who have the drive to expand their career, interest in training and are effective at completing tasks to achieve future goals.
