People are not thinking in their right minds Alcohol has the effect people making rash decisions.  A recent study estimates that more than 1,400 college  students between the ages of 18 and 24 die each year from  alcohol-related unintentional injuries and 500,000 students  between the ages of 18 and 24 sustain unintentional  alcohol-related injuries each year http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3vQCCPMxDw Transportation becomes more hazardous due to one’s  inability to make a competent decision about safe  driving   In 2009, 70% of drivers involved in alcohol-impaired  driving fatalities had a a BAC level of .15 or higher – a  trend that has remained relatively unchanged for more
