Regression: Building on Correlation c The Pearson Correlation Coefficient is a statistic that allows us to quantify the linear relationship etween two variables between two variables c Simple Linear regression is a statistical tool that enables us to predict an individual’s score on the dependent variable from his or her score on one independent variable.
