As a result, consumers will reward us with leadership sales, profit and value creation, allowing our people, our shareholders and the communities in which we live and work to prosper." The company’s values include: integrity, leadership, ownership, passion for winning, and trust. This is saying that the products Proctor and Gamble have created are of the best quality and are intended to not only improve the lives of Proctor and Gamble employees but in addition the shareholders and people living in communities. The stakeholders considered in this mission statement are P&G employees, customers and consumers, and investors and shareholders.
