Key Stakeholders Key stakeholders pertaining to the University Street and Third Street intersection are pedestrians, cyclists, skateboarders, rollerbladers and motorists. The majority of the stakeholders during the day are Purdue students and staff. Ultimately pedestrians’ goals are to get to their final destination – residence halls, dining halls, or classes – in the shortest amount of time possible. Having to wait 2 minutes to cross the crosswalk increases the amount of jaywalkers on the intersection thus causing unsafe situations for both pedestrians and motorists....
