Explains hwy there was not world wide revolution The reason for third world under development was explained, and socialism was placed as a solution. There was a chronic imbalance in the flow of capital. Coming out of the third world going into the developed world. It is not my fault that I am poor, it is your fault – this is why Lenin’s philosophy is so popular in developing worlds. Feudalism in Russia was almost taken into extremes, which fits beautifully in with communism.
