What are some of the reasons that RMO decided to build the supply chain management system prior to the customer support system? ANSWER : The supply chain management system was started first because it is the core system which will support the customer support system What are some of the consequences to RMO if it is wrong to wait to build the customer support system? ANSWER : They may damage customer relationships by leaving their current poorly functioning system in place for an extended period of time. Additionally their CSS requirements my change during the interim which may necessitate changes to the back-end in the supply chain
