Kforce 2 If one were to look at my work calendar, they would be amazed at the amount of meetings I have to attend on a weekly basis. There is not one day where I do not have a meeting, a one-on-one session or a conference call. This paper will look at Kforce’s current meeting structure and provide solutions in making it more efficient. In Patrick Lencioni’s book Death by Meeting , he was experiencing issues with his team and their meeting program. Patrick changed the system around by structuring his meetings as if his employees where attending a movie. Patrick states when comparing the impact of meetings versus movies that “meetings are completely relevant. The decisions that are made at the end of a meeting have a direct impact on how we spend our time and energy after we leave the room” (Lencioni, 2004, p. 111-112).
