The course will integrate the diverse business disciplines by concentrating on the formulation of managerial policies, strategies, and tactics. Via a discussion of prior ICBC cases and handouts, students will be exposed to the strategic decision-making process and will be better able to analyze contemporary managerial problems. COURSE EVALUATION: Presentations and Critiques 20% Participation 10% Case Summaries 5% Group Written Cases 30% Examination (oral case) 35 % 100 % CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES No students are to use cell phones, Blackberries and similar electronic devices during class sessions.
