The scenarios revolve around a fictitious organization, Mortgage Co. (See similar scenario on Mid Term Exam.) The Mortgage Co. takes applications from potential customers. Applications are processed by agents and entered into application processing system. Next, analysts make an assessment of whether or not to offer a mortgage; then either reject the application or make the offer. At this point, you do not want to document the assessment process so you will just represent it as a subprocess in your process model. If offer is accepted, the analyst will develop relevant documents, and make the offer to the customer. If rejected, a rejection letter is send to the customer by the agent. In either case, offer or rejection, the application information is updated in the application processing system....
