Fullerton police officer pleads not guilty for charges of involuntary manslaughter and use of excessive force in beating a homeless man before arrest. B. The father of Thomas, the homeless man who is dead, asked the judges not to lower the $1 million dollar bail for Officer Ramos, the officer in question. C. Ramos faces 15 years to life in jail. D. The altercation lasted nine minutes and 40 seconds, and lasted until Thomas was handcuffed and no longer moving. E. In a video of the altercation Thomas was screaming “I can’t breathe,” “I’m sorry,

The FBI is investigation this incident due to civil rights violations. The entire Fullerton police force is under investigation for other potential incidents. Because of this incident I think that more towns will want their police officers reviewed because no one wants to be watched by people who are supposed to be protecting them, if their protectors are violating their rights....
