Diversity in Organizations I have selected the ethical issues of Diversity within Organizations. I will define diversity climate as an organizational members’ attitudes and perceptions toward people from cultural groups other than their own. I will analyze why these attitudes and perceptions are manifested in the practices and behaviors of individuals in the organization. I will discuss how an organization can design a model with methods and procedures for analyzing diversity and how you would implement the results in a cultural diversity training program. I shell support all my findings with earthier my text or other research sources. The text states that diversity represents the multitude of individual differences and similarities that exist among people. In order to manage diversity one must understand that in today’s economy there are many different dimensions or components of diversity.
