CASE STUDY 3 2 Question 1 I feel as though the recession almost alleviated more problems in human resources than actually caused it. During this time if a company was doing bad and needed to cut expenses the problem would be where to cut those expenses. Most companies look immediately to payroll so the biggest problem is who to fire and who to not.
