Box 619612 MD 2400 DFW Airport, TX 75261-9612 Dear American Airlines: Subject: Service Dissatisfaction from Flight 1561, Airline Ticket Number 0017078281220 On December 15, 2007, I had experienced highly unsatisfactory services with flight 1561 from Chicago to San Francisco. My travel plan was greatly disturbed due to the last minute flight changes. The continual modifications and delays not only forced me to forgo the previously arranged airport pickup service before and after the flight, but I also failed to make my international connection flight as a result. At 3AM in the morning, less than 12 hours prior to my scheduled flight departure, I received a call on my cell phone by the automatic voice machine with the notification of flight cancelation. Panicking after receiving the call, I spent at least 2 hours afterwards dialing the airport operators to find out what exactly is going on.
