The Apartheid was made by the National Party government in South Africa. In 1948, the Apartheid was put into effect which started the process way in advance due to the laws already put in place. The securing of land in South Africa was controlled by The Land of Act of 1913. The Apartheid continued from 1948 to 1990 and was abolished with the assistance of Nelson Mandela.
