In what ways has the information in this course changed your life? Your personal belief system? Your understanding of your fellow human beings? How have you implemented the concepts from this course in your life? Remember that this final discussion question is worth 30 points so I anticipate your response being even more thorough than usual (i.e., more than 300 words) I remember how excited I was to be taking this class before it actually began. I also remember feeling borderline depressed the first few weeks. I felt like instead of this course showing me what was “right with me” it was showing me what was WRONG! When we looked at attachment styles I felt a twinge of pain when I realized that I seemed to have an avoidant attachment style. All of the explanations line up. What previously happened to me, how I reacted, and how I am now. However, being able to see on paper exactly why I reacted to certain things in certain ways also allowed me to work towards not being that way anymore.
