I also remember feeling borderline depressed the first few weeks. I felt like instead of this course showing me what was “right with me” it was showing me what was WRONG!When we looked at attachment styles I felt a twinge of pain when I realized that I seemed to have an avoidant attachment style. All of the explanations line up. What previously happened to me, how I reacted, and how I am now. However, being able to see on paper exactly why I reacted to certain things in certain ways also allowed me to work towards not being that way anymore.
