The assessment was eye opening tools that could help individuals improve on their business relationships that could reflect them now and in the future. The DISC Platinum Rule Assessment was designed to define unique personalities of individuals to give them a reality view of how they interact with others in everyday situations. [This assessment asked a sequence of questions about social behaviors in order to determine personal strengths and weaknesses] (Alessandra, 2008). The assessment concluded that my personality trait is a Cautious Style C. A Cautions Style C person can be defined as an analytical person who likes solving problems and very detailed in their work. This type of person is more concerned about the content of the work versus the layout. The style C strengths are planning, dependable, a problem solver, and systematizing. For example, being a team leader on my job requires me to outline projects and solve the major and minor problems within my team. On the other hand their weaknesses are
