Answered by Dany Levy , DailyCandy.com Sometimes I don't slow down enough to walk someone through why I'm making a decision about something.Also, I tend to be a fairlyñand this is just me calling it like it isña fairly anxious person. And I've realized that as a boss you can't be -- whatever energy you have is infectious.I'd say in the beginning I was definitely a lot more impulsive and sometimes irrational. My brain races too much, so even if I've listened to everything somebody said, unless you show that you've digested it, people don't think they are being well heard. Sometimes you really don't hear you show that you've digested it, people don't think they are being well heard....
