Group 10 Kristen Fox (TL) George Beuhler Steven Gall Scott Toland Timothy Weaver John Wineman Benjamin Wittgen Project Statement We plan to develop a Purdue exclusive online book exchange that will allow students to buy and sell books to other students. This central location will help sellers make more than they could by selling their books to the bookstores, and buyers also have the option to purchase books cheaper. Need At Purdue there are several options to purchase books: bookstores, various online sites, and friends. But we do not have any kind of one-stop- shop to view all options for a student.

Features Our site will feature price comparisons with common websites, such as Amazon and Ebay, and give the buyer the option to go directly to those sites to purchase books. A watch list option will be available if a specific book is not listed on the site at that time that will email the buyer when a book is listed. The site will also feature a feedback service, similar to Ebays, where buyers can rate sellers and vice versa.
