(PMBOK) Operation: ongoing operation of organization that routinely produces a product or service Where projects intersect with operation deliverables and knowledge are transferred between the project team and operations. Intersection occurs at closeout phases, when developing a new or upgraded product expanding outputs, improvement of operations in product development process, until the divestment of the operations at the end of the
