ELEC321 APPLIED ELECTRONICS III EXPERIMENT 1 FEEDBACK PRINCIPLE & STABILITY ANALYSIS IN MULTIPLE-POLE AMPLIFIER Name：TENG CHENG Student No.: DA928240 Major: FSTEE Email addresses: [email protected] ABSTRACT This paper presents the characteristics of feedback and how the system to be stable or unstable in multiple-pole amplifier. KEY WORDS Feedback; stability; s-plane; close-loop gain. 1. Introduction The main objective of the experiment is to learn the basic feedback principle and the stability analysis in multiple- pole amplifier. 2. Procedure and data analysis (a) Construct and Analyze the multi-stage amplifier, the circuit is shown as Fig.1: Figure 1 A multiple-pole amplifier Measure and record the actual value of each resistor, in the circuit, the load voltage is sampled and the current is mixed with the source voltage that is to say it is a current mixing voltage sampling. Hence, it is a shunt- shunt feedback topology and Y -parameters are used, and the source network can be changed to: Re=[100k+(100//10k)] Ω

### What students are saying

• As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

Kiran Temple University Fox School of Business ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

Dana University of Pennsylvania ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
