The crust has a lot of Si and O, Al is third, then Fe, Ca, Mg, Na, and K. Find the name of these elements The oceanic is 6 km thick. It is made of igneous rocks (basalts, gabbros) and possibly a thin layer of sediments The continental crust is typically 30 to 40 km thick. It is made of many rock types. The minerals quartz and feldspar are found mostly in the continental crust.
