One thing that isnt mentioned in this, that I saw in another quote, is what John Kenneth Galbraith said about the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. I think this is also pretty important because it mentions that the leader isnt just taking the easier road, but instead moving forward by confronting tasks that people are usually too uneasy about. One quote I didnt quite agree with was the quote by Grace Murray Hopper that said You manage things, you lead people. Its not that I didnt agree with this quote, its just that I feel that there is so much more to be said about a leader than that. In a way I agree with, at least parts, all the quotes mentioned. There are some, though, that could include more or just need to be rephrased....
