Within few years, mail services began to expand internationally (Armbruster, 2000) . Air cargo operations hence have improved in an overall economic growth, reducing poverty and inequality (IATA, 2019). The growing of demand in the transportation industry increased the expansion of air cargo operations. Today Air cargo plays a significant motor of the global economy and commercial aviation that is a highly integrated global network. There are many organizations that affect the air cargo operations. With regards to air cargo operator, the three factors to think about is traffic flow, scheduling and scheduling sensitivity. If any of these factors are shortened it can cause severe difficulties for an air cargo. Air cargos have been an imperative to the supply chain evolution in terms of visibility and inventory.
