It calls the fighting both a "war" and a "conflict", and claims that hundreds of thousands of lives have been lost since the beginning. It was published about a year before the other one, and it talks mainly about the strange lull that has been going on since most of the fighting ended. The rebels are still working out their goals, and many people don't know what to expect now.
