I made a research of Italy and Japan. In Italy, the status of the individual who manages decisions is base upon their family background and social contacts. These may often be more important than someone's job title. In the other side, Japan limited the decision making to men and few women who graduate from the top colleges and universities in Japan. The people from Italy are direct, see time as money, and get down to business after only a brief period of social talk. They do not like a high-pressure sales tactics and prefer do business with whoever adhere to the verbal agreement. Japanese’s manager provides the environment in which the group can flourish. They must be accessible at all times and willing to share knowledge within the group. Business hours in Italy vary depending on the nature of the establishment and location. Business in the South tends to stay open until later in the evening. In Japan, people work long hours. It is not unusual for them to work 60 hours a
