CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Prepares students for careers involving man- agement and leadership of people in a wide variety of business organizations. Students learn how to effectively communicate, lead collaborative teams, develop and motivate talent, value diversity, manage organiza- tional change, and make ethical business de- cisions. Important elements of this curricu- lum may include experiential learning activi- ties, internships, service learning and co- curricular professional development activi- ties. Career opportunities in management are available in a wide-range of businesses as well as social and government services.
