Ways to keep you from H1N1 Always wash your hands. The best way to wash hands is using warm water and soap, or  using alcohol-based hand rub When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. If you don’t have  it with you, then cover with your elbow. NOT WITH HANDS.   Wash hands with soap and water after coughing and sneezing.  As much as possible, avoid contact with H1N1 patient or any person with symptoms of  flu Avoid toughing eyes, nose or mouth. This virus can affect you this way. If symptoms of flu are severe, dial the emergency hotline immediately. People who don’t have asthma, and women who aren’t pregnant may avail of a nasal  vaccine that prevents H1N1. Symptoms: In people include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches,  headache, light-headedness, loss of appetite, sudden chills and fatigue.  Vomiting and
