And it has been assigned rack #3. These input bits are set to a 1 when you press the button. Each of the 8 bits represent a pushbutton. All pushbuttons are normally Open . Setting a lamp control bit to a 1 will turn on the light inside the button. Setting a lamp control bit to a 1 AND setting the associated flash control bit to a 1 will turn on the light and make it flash on and off.
