Company Summary: The Health Shack is a fast food chain that will focus on providing a nutritional meal to the public at competitive prices and as quickly as possible. We will be positioning our fast food chain in shopping centers and in places with heavy traffic nearby. The founding entrepreneurs are Carlos Rodriguez and Isabelle Angee. Basis for the New Business Idea: We believe that The Health Shack solves a problem and takes advantage of an environmental trend. How often do you find yourself on a diet, but you don’t have sufficient time to prepare a meal? How often are you forced to eat unhealthy snacks because that is the only meal that is both available and cheap? The Health Shack will answer all of these problems by providing a fast food service that is equipped with nutritional meals that allow consumers to eat healthy, both quickly and for a low price. The Health Shack also takes advantage of the increased commitment to health and fitness by the American society and the increased need of eating on the streets because of dual- income families. Summary of the Business Concept : Product: The Health Shack is a fast food restaurant where you can find high quality meals and drinks that accomplish your need to live a healthy and fulfilling life. This shop provides a service by selling both healthy foods and drinks that focus on allowing customers to lose weight, tone up, or gain mass. Our menus are designed to help uninformed consumers achieve these tasks without having to enroll in expensive programs or spend money on nutritional foods. Target Market: The Health Shack will be aiming their marketing efforts at individuals between the ages of 16 and 40 that are engaged in efforts to become healthier in their lifestyles. Benefits: Benefits of The Health Shack include the ability to allow individuals to choose healthy alternatives while on the road without spending too much money. This fast food restaurant also allows uninformed consumers to accomplish health goals without spending money on expensive programs. No other company provides healthy foods with the speed and quality that The Health Shack provides. In regards to intellectual property protection for our service, we will need a trademark in the future to allow our company to be distinguished from others. That way our service will be protected under the law, making certain that The Health Shack is insured and easily recognized.

Distribution: Our service will be provided through restaurants located strategically in locations with a vast population. The products will be sold with both speed and quality to consumers that are either interested in sitting and eating at a restaurant or simply driving through a drive through to get a meal. The fast food restaurant will be managed by the founding entrepreneurs, which include Carlos Rodriguez and Isabelle Angee. Pricing:
