Chapter 14 JMP Assignment This is your final JMP assignment.  Stifle the urge to cheer, because you’re not done yet. 1. Go to our class Sakai site and open the folder named “Chapter 14.” 2. Click on the file called “Chapter 14 JMP Assignment” When this file opens,  you will see that there are  N  = 588 observations and three variables.  Notice,  however, that there are no numbers, only words.  That’s right.  This is truly a  nominal level data analysis in which will be looking to see how many of each kind of  word there is.  These words, of course, represent responses by children to the MOVS  instrument, and these children were either “normal” or “delayed” in their language  development. 3. Before we get into the analysis itself, I want to show you a little JMP trick to help  you JMP start this assignment  .  Double click on the title at the top of the column  labeled “Correct.”  Information about the variable should pop up.  Note that there is  a section called “Value Labels.”  If you read carefully, you will see that as long as  the box called “Use Value Labels” is checked, the labels inside the box will be used.  So what happens if you uncheck the box and click  Apply ?  Try it.  Looks as if there  were numbers there all along, but they can be changed to words if the words are  more descriptive.  I’m impressed; how about you?  Do the same for the other two
