Kalish Final Review • May 4th: 7:00-9:00pm Lily 1105 • Total points: 100 (34% of semester grade) 1. 10 Multiple Choice Questions (20 points) 2. Problem solving (80 points) • Beer game, FDDX • Supply Chain: bullwhip effect – MRP (1) – Lean operations – Inventory/Quality – Process/aggregate planning • Arrive 10 minutes in advance, take seats every other column. • During exam – read the problems carefully. – Only ask for clarification. 4 • Do a mock test with the old tests posted on Katalyst. • If you are not sure about a problem, find a similar example from class and go through it thoroughly, using animation/note pages. • Work on the 2nd set test, time yourself. Bring all materials (including calculator, Charts). We ask questions on notes, cases, videos, textbook. No exchange of materials. Make yourself a sheet with important formula or mark important pages, so you can find them quickly. Time management: start with the most familiar problem first. For multiple choice , I suggest you walk through the slides- focus on key concepts, definitions, model assumptions/objective, and key issues introduced in videos, cases.
