Business Problem Paper 2 So as we look over all this information, is this new management accounting system worth the time, money and effort? Will it benefit the organization as a whole and will it work the way we plan? Who is going to control the way the system is used and administered to employees and the rest of the company? Will our information be correct all the time, leaving little room for mistakes? Will it be costly, making it a huge waste of time if it does not work out? Is it necessary to change our way of inner control functions and what information is available to our managers? If this is not working out as anticipated, will the old system come back or will there be more money spent to help adapt the new system introduced here? Looking at the new management systems there is a lot to look in to. First we need to know what it helps, and these new local management accounting systems, or LMAS, are to help with the company all over. The new systems will use accounting information to help aid the management make decisions as well as the control functions. As we know the new systems are
