Organizational Behavior Terminology and Concepts By Scott Ward University of Phoenix In the world of business and management, there are a few things to know and understand if the company plans to succeed. It is important to understand organizational culture and behavior, understanding the diversity of the company, how communication works, understanding business ethics and how to apply them and who change management works. These may be some important concepts that many company’s pay lots of money to find the best ways to accommodate all these ideas into their company. Organizational behavior is the study of the people that work in the company in groups to see how they work together to complete company goals. It is important to understand organizational behavior since it is what makes the company run the way the owners originally envisioned it. Understanding organizational behavior is a difficult task, but this is why they hire specific people to do this job so that all tasks are done in all areas of the company and can figure out who works best with whom.
