In scenario 4 the torts that can be observed are Lee opening fire on the innocent customers and the security guard who goes too far with his anger and kicks Lee while knocked out after a scramble. These torts were intentional, negligent and strict liability they were also criminal based on the harm done from one person to another. The potential plaintiffs are the lady who was shot by Lee intentionally and her husband who had a heart attack as well as the boy who gets injured from the stray bullet. All the plaintiffs can file a tort claim against Lee based on the fact that tort laws require all individuals to act responsibly and reasonably when conducting our lives. Lee could be considered as a potential plaintiff in this scenario based on his injuries suffered from Randy. Lee could claim a strict liability tort on the count that Randy did act with extreme caution and had no intention to hurt Lee, but Lee did end up unconscious and had his ribs broken by the guard during the fight. The potential defendants in this scenario are Buy-mart for ultimately being responsible
