Company Overview Twisty Clothing Co. will be a company that will design, make and print their own t-shirts and apparel. The company will be aiming to look for extreme sports fans and participants, such as skateboarding, in-line skating, surfing, snowboarding, BMX, and motor cross. It will currently be operated by only two people, who will both run and manage the company. This is a small company that will be a home based company that also will seek most of their publicity and marketing personally. The idea behind the company is that good designs can be made and put on a shirt, sweat shirt or tank top and be available for a fair price. Our product will be durable as well as comfortable. The customer base will consist of young males, mainly ages from eight up to eighteen. Of course that there will be more, but we will focus on kids that are in school, where they are more influenced. The future of this company will depend on how many products we can offer and how many designs we can produce that will be constant sellers and temporary or seasonal designs. Eventually, the company would like to have products expanding into other accessories, like belt buckles, hats, stickers, beanies, socks, and anything else that our logo can be put on, will be a future plan if current products sell. Mainly we offer t-shirts and woman’s tank tops which are viewable on a website that is designed and operated by the owners. The vision that is planned out for this company is to be a competitor in the clothing line market. We would like to be able to sell our designs nationwide, be able to maybe one day expand into a larger company. The next step would be to make enough profit to move from a house business to a warehouse. Being able to make more products, with better equipment and at faster speeds, making it possible to save more and expand that savings onto the customers as well. We would like to have our designs stand out and be able to give back as well. Donations or

give-a-way’s will be critical to our image as a company. Going to events and random sports park locations to give our products to give to either people in need or to increase our reputation in the area will be part of our procedures. Eventually, have a trademarked logo where we can have it placed conveniently for people to see. The biggest concern is that we will not be competitive enough against the current companies out there, but this is part of the risk we took starting a small business. The company will be ran by and over looked by the same two people who advertise the merchandise and create the images on the products. All assets are to be shared and used to replenish the company’s products. The main goal is to not become over-priced like many other companies, selling thirty dollar shirts and fifty dollar sweatshirts. We plan to keep the company locally owned, or family operated. We will always be part of some kind of charity, to give back
