This small business, known as Twisty Clothing Co., will have many obstacles to overcome to be successful. A good way to figure out how well this company will do is to look at the SWOTT analysis. By figuring out what the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and trends are, it makes it possible to plan the future of the business. When looking at the chart that was make to outline the SWOTT findings, we can see that there are many opposing forces and challenges ahead. A few things that will be looked over are the external forces and internal forces and trends of the company. Lastly, an overview of how the issues and opportunities are dealt with and an explanation of how the company adapts to changes. First, to be covered will be some of the e xternal forces and trends considerations that will be faced by Twisty Clothing Co.: Legal and regulatory The company must make sure that is follows all laws and regulations for being a small at- home business. We must file for a business name and if we are to make sure that our

designs are not used, the logo that defines the company must be registered and/or copyrighted. This can become a problem if the company does not do well in the market, which would result in a loss of funds during slow business. Paying to re-register the company name if items are not selling would become a poor choice. On the other hand, it will be less expensive to be a small at home company over a larger corporation.
