The business runs when everyone is on the same page, happy employee’s means a good work day. “Our team-based, collaborative approach to work places individuals in an interactive environment that fosters growth while promoting teamwork” (Harley-Davidson, 2011). For Harley Davidson to succeed in making the best motorcycles, parts and accessories, they must remain true to how they perceive the work environment. A safe, hassle-free and honest work place is their aim, which most individuals would say fits into their values. If these values do not align with individual at work, it would be hard to have this employee work at a productive pace.
