Running Head: WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE money on labor, and personnel. The streamlining of this system is long overdue, as it would end the red tape, and the long forms, and all the paper paperwork. Project Objectives The objective of this project of streamlining the employee reimbursement system is to make the current, obsolete system more cost effective, as well as cut labor and personnel. Another objective is to rid the company of the hassle of paperwork and endless bureaucratic red tape in the dealing of who gets how much and where it should go. Deliverables The deliverables for this project are all of the reports, documents, and any other block of the project as a whole. Other deliverables when working on this project will also be the systems that we are using as well as the final outcome itself. Deliverables are any tangible or intangible object that are part of the project including the final outcome itself.

Running Head: WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE Project Milestones The milestones in the streamlining of the employee reimbursement system are in this order. First, getting the charter signed and approved by executives to get the go ahead to do the project. Second, getting the software and computers to begin the programming of the new system because the current stuff is obsolete and needs to be upgraded anyway. Third, testing the new system to see what errors there are and what needs to be fixed. Fourth, getting the system up and running for company use. Lastly, being able to see the improvements and the efficiency of the new system is the ultimate goal. Technical Requirements The technical requirements that will be needed are new computers, and updated server, new software, and a card system that will allow for multiple function use when it comes to employee use. It is going to be a Credit Card style system—an employee will swipe a card, enter their Personal Identification Number, Enter Invoice Number, and Enter Cash Amount. Then when the computer scans the system, it will see everything and give the employee the option of reimbursing the credit card that was used, a printed check, or cash dispensed right there.
