The role that culture plays in how ethics are to be taken into consideration within the business world is quite significant. Culture determines how business people act and interact with one another. It can also sometimes deter the business’ productivity during negotiations or major business decisions. Ethics are typically shaped by the philosophical or traditional aspect, which can cause major confusion within a business. The major issues that are presented in ethics and culture are that each culture is trying to reason the ethics of the other culture, which in and of itself is a challenge.
