Principles of diagnostic microbiology, antibiotic resistance, sterilization, disinfection and infection control as well functions of the immune system in defending against infectious diseases will also be addressed. Goal(s) of the Course (if applicable) The course is designed to lay a coherent foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge for sound health care practice in relation to infectious diseases and problems
