Motivation is very significant factor that can keep an individual to give his best performance. A manager plays an important role in motivating employees. The productivity of every team can be largely influenced by the manager. The achievements of the goals and highly productive outcome of the group can be attributed to the effectiveness of leading the team. To get the best out of the employees, there must be some sort of motivation which the manager can be greatly associated. Humans need motivation in any aspect of their performance.
