1. A customer-centric company builds long-lasting relationships by focusing on what satisfies and retains valuable customers. Discuss how Petco follows this customer-centric philosophy. Petco uses customers to attract customers. Many businesses screen, which reviews go on their websites but Petco, was one of the first companies to post a forum for ALL reviews. Some people think that this is crazy but Petco reports that sales have increased because people convince others to buy more expensive products because they have better quality. They respond to the honest side of customers, and every time that I have gone to Petco they have great customer service, and are there to help no matter what. They also have grooming centers, dog-sitting centers, and adoptions centers in some of their stores. They offer lower prices for their services than most vets do, and are always showing you the better product with honesty on quality. 2. Go to Petco.com and read some of the customer reviews
