Quote of the Week Page 2 together, they don't learn enough” by Robert Half. The idea of “birds of a feather” relate to people of the same type possibly in thought, education, will, ability, personality and mind. “Flock together” could mean that these people find solace in staying in communication with someone just like them. It is my belief that this quote shows the true spirit of what the word “humanities” really means. The information speaks to me and says that by staying close to something that has no variety we limit ourselves. By broadening the horizons of a person through culture, art, knowledge, and just plain living is how we truly experience the world. If we are to isolate ourselves around people that are just like us we are limiting the possibilities of learning about other people.
